PLANNING GRANTED: NEW BUILD DEVELOPMENT, EALING

Full planning permission has been granted for our new build scheme comprising 8 contemporary flats in Ealing.

SOVEREIGN COURT

Construction is complete at Sovereign Court, Wapping, following a successful application for Prior Approval to allow a change of use from a B1A Office building to a C3 Residential, creating 124 high quality residential units.

PLANNING GRANTED: 3 NEW FLATS, BEXLEYHEATH

Planning has been granted for our proposal to extend this corner plot building in Bexleyheath to create 2 new flats to the rear with a large penthouse overlooking the high street. 

CONTEMPORARY ROOF EXTENSION

The contemporary roof extension in Blackheath has now reached completion. This discreet addition to the property gave much needed extra space to create a wonderful master suite with fantastic views over the Blackheath Park Conservation Area that the property is situated within.

Paragraph 55 refers to the national planning policy provision that sets out various special circumstances which can enable the erection of new isolated dwellings in the countryside - encouraging truly outstanding or innovative designs to help raise the standards of design more generally in rural areas.

OPEN have been appointed to design the new green room at 229 The Venue, a live music and entertainments venue which first opened its doors in 1965 as part of International Students House (ISH).
