Holloway Road

Full inner restructuring of a listed Victorian terrace of eight houses for Family Mosaic to form 14 affordable homes comprising 8 x 5 bed town houses, 4 x1 bed flats and 2x 2 bed wheelchair accessible flats, all for affordable rent.

The project was enabled by grant funding from the Homes and Communities Agency and HCA requirements were fully met, including achieving a BREEAM excellent rating for sustainability.​
