Works have finished on our timber clad extension to DUCKS Infant School. The team on site did a great job getting this delievered in these unusual times! The extension provides much needed space for additional facilities to the school and we love how it blends with the original school building and surrounding area.

The property in Hackney we completed for the late Alexander McQueen has been featured in The Guardian's Observer after British rapper Tinie Tempah bought the house in 2012. Work has finished on site for our two-storey rear extension and refurbishment project in Dulwich! Situated in a Conservation Area and within The Dulwich Estate permission was granted for this contemporary rear addition with black timber cladding finish to first floor, taking reference from nearby historic cottages.

Full planning permission has been granted for our new build scheme comprising 8 contemporary flats in Ealing.

Construction is complete at Sovereign Court, Wapping, following a successful application for Prior Approval to allow a change of use from a B1A Office building to a C3 Residential, creating 124 high quality residential units.

Planning has been granted for our proposal to extend this corner plot building in Bexleyheath to create 2 new flats to the rear with a large penthouse overlooking the high street. 

The contemporary roof extension in Blackheath has now reached completion. This discreet addition to the property gave much needed extra space to create a wonderful master suite with fantastic views over the Blackheath Park Conservation Area that the property is situated within.

Planning has been granted for our scheme of 6 new basement flats below an existing 3 storey residential development in Greenwich. 

Another of our other Dulwich Village projects has now reached completion - loft conversion and contemporary rear extension with reduced floor levels to create fantastic ceiling heights, as well as complete refurbishment. 

OPEN have been appointed to design a 'Para 55' new-build home close to London.

Paragraph 55 refers to the national planning policy provision that sets out various special circumstances which can enable the erection of new isolated dwellings in the countryside - encouraging truly outstanding or innovative designs to help raise the standards of design more generally in rural areas.
