124 high quality residential units in Sovereign Court, Wapping, following a successful application for Prior Approval to allow a change of use from B1A Office use to C3 Residential.​ Open London were the Design and Build Architects on this project for an overseas developer, which was completed on time and to the agreed budget. Open London have been retained for a potential Phase 2 to the project involving further flats at roof level.
