The full refurbishment of Arts & Crafts house by William Thackeray Turner, comprising 14,000 sqft of accommodation, including the construction of a wine cellar and basement pool & gym complex, overlooking a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The original layouts will be entirely reconfigured within the existing fabric to create an open and light country house in the guise of a robust Arts and Crafts country house.



The project incorporates a biomass boiler to make use of the historic coppice wood on site.​
